Shipping policy
We deliver packages throughout Europe. Please contact us at info@grizzlyears.eu if you require delivery to another country and we will try to find a solution for you.
For our payments, we offer most payment solutions such as: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as Klarna (some EU countries) and PayPal.
FREIGHT EUROPE
UPS home delivery within Europe costs 199 SEK regardless of order size and is shown by entering your address at checkout. We mostly use UPS but DHL may be used.
FREIGHT SWEDEN
Shipping within Sweden costs 79 SEK regardless of order size. We mostly use DHL Service Point within Sweden, but UPS may occur.
TAXES AND CHARGES
The price includes Swedish VAT of 25%. You are responsible if you need to pay VAT/customs in your country when the package comes from Sweden.
DELIVERY TIMES
The web shop is open 24 hours a day but deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swedish national holidays. If you order before 11:00, the product will normally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 will be shipped the next working day. Delivery time is normally 1-7 working days depending on where in Europe. We send all our packages from Sweden.
Upon delivery, you will receive a message with information on how to collect your package, or we will send it by home delivery. Do not forget your ID card. Shipments that are not collected within the specified time will be returned to Grizzly Ears. There are extra costs when shipments are not picked up on time, which means that you have to pay an extra handling fee to us for packages that are not picked up. The handling fee is 150 SEK. To avoid this extra cost, you should always collect the package, even if you have already decided to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you cannot pick up your parcel, someone else can pick it up for you. Please note that this person must show both your ID card and their own.
SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
If an item turns out to be sold out, we reserve the right to cancel the product. The product will be refunded via the chosen payment solution and the available items will be shipped as usual.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email and receive a link to your order with the tracking number.
