Refund Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery arriving at the delivery address. If we send you a return label within Sweden, we charge a fee of SEK 99 for return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. For the rest of Europe, the return shipping fee is SEK 199. If you book a return through us and your package is unfortunately lost or damaged during delivery to our warehouse, you will still receive your refund.
The product must be in its original condition, i.e. unused, unwashed, and otherwise unchanged, and all labels must be intact. Goods must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and components. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not approved by our quality control department.
Only goods purchased directly from grizzlyears.eu can be returned to Grizzly Ears. Grizzly Ears purchased through other retailer be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.
Grizzly Ears not Grizzly Ears for packages sent with a shipping label other than the one provided by us. If you choose another shipping company, you are responsible for the package and its contents until it arrives at our warehouse. If you wish to send your return with another shipping company, we would be grateful if you could notify us in advance at info@grizzlyears.eu. Please include information about the order number your return relates to and which products you are returning.
BRIEF GUIDE FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
- Place unused items in their original packaging.
- Contact us about what you would like to return
- Attach the return shipping label to the top of the package.
- Return the package to an agent for the shipping company that delivered the shipment.
- Always ask for a receipt with a tracking number, in case something unexpected happens during transit.
You can return the package to the place where you picked it up or to another drop-off point for the shipping company that delivered the package.
REFUND
You will receive your refund using the same payment method you used when you made your purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the time you return your item until you receive your refund. As soon as we have processed your return, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
If you have made your purchase via invoice through Klarna and need to make a return, we recommend that you go to Klarna's portal and report your return. Once you have done this, your invoice will be paused for 21 days/until we have registered your return. Once we have registered your return, Klarna will be notified immediately and will update and send your new invoice via email.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest and easiest way to do so is to send in your return by following the instructions above. Then place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive your refund for the returned item via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
