We will do our utmost to avoid providing incorrect information regarding, for example, products, images, and terms and conditions. However, we cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors or errors in images that may occur. We also cannot guarantee that the colors of the product you see are exactly the same as the actual product. Differences in color may depend on the screen you are using, and therefore we cannot guarantee that a color will not completely match what you see on your mobile or computer screen.  

In the event that a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of your order. In such cases, we will notify you and inform you of other products we can offer instead. You always have the option to cancel your order if you do not accept our offer. 

Grizzly Ears the right to change the prices of our products on grizzlyears.eu at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not apply to orders that have already been placed and for which an order confirmation has already been sent to you. 

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions or violations thereof shall be settled in a Swedish court of law. In the event of a dispute, Grizzly Ears follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
