Shipping Policy
We deliver packages throughout Europe. Please contact us at info@grizzlyears.eu if you would like delivery to another country, and we will try to find a solution for you.
For our payments, we offer most payment solutions such as: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay as well as Klarna (certain EU countries) and PayPal.
SHIPPING EUROPE
UPS home delivery within Europe costs SEK 199 regardless of order size and is displayed when you enter your address at checkout. We mostly use UPS, but DHL may also be used.
SHIPPING SWEDEN
Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 79 regardless of order size. We mostly use DHL Service Point within Sweden, but UPS may also be used.
TAXES AND FEES
The price includes Swedish VAT at 25%. You are responsible for paying any VAT/customs duties in your country when the package arrives from Sweden.
DELIVERY TIMES
The online store is open 24 hours a day, but deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except on Swedish national holidays. If you order before 11:00 a.m., the product will normally be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time is normally 1-7 business days, depending on where in Europe. We ship all our packages from Sweden.
Upon delivery, you will receive a message with information on how to collect your package, or we will send it to your home address. Don't forget your ID card. Shipments that are not collected within the specified time will be returned to Grizzly Ears. There will be additional costs if shipments are not collected on time, which means that you will have to pay us an additional handling fee for packages that are not collected. The handling fee is SEK 150. To avoid this additional cost, you should always collect your package, even if you have already decided to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you are unable to collect your parcel, someone else can collect it for you. Please note that this person must show both your ID card and their own.
SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS
If an item turns out to be sold out, we reserve the right to cancel the product. The item will be refunded via the selected payment solution and the available items will be shipped as usual.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email and receive a link to your order with a tracking number.
