Common errors.
1. The amplification works, but at volume level 4/4 (the highest setting amplification), some distortion may occur. All hearing protection functions work and cut out loud impulse sounds as usual. 
2. No box or box severely damaged during shipping.
3. May have cosmetic marks from the factory.
4. The sound experience may vary slightly.

The electronics in our earmuffs work in the background without any "clips" and protect your hearing from loud impulse noises. The volume is adjustable in several steps from low to high amplification.
